Full context browsing on a large file in a review doesn't operate smoothly in Chrome

In Chrome when viewing a large file (2000+ lines) or files with a large number of comments (20+) in a Crucible review navigating to the different elements (including using j/k or the Next/Previous buttons) does not run smoothly and often stops at the incorrect line.

This also affects links directly to comments as they do not scroll to the appropriate place in the source. Clicking on "Comment skipped on line..." will reload the page but not scroll to the comment.
