    Description

If you copy the link to a comment in a file being reviewed, then try to access this link in a new Chrome tab, the correct review and correct file shows up, but the comment might not appear immediately. You will need to scroll up/down in order to find the comment. See:

      1. Here I am showing a comment at the top of the main screen and copying the comment link:

      2. Here I have the copied comment link opened in a second browser tab. Notice that the comment is not visible at all:

      3. Here I have the copied comment link opened in a third browser tab. Notice that the comment showed up, but not in the same height, comparing to the one shown in the first tab.

If you try the same steps in Firefox, the comment is always visible, and always in the same height. See:

      3. No matter how many Firefox browser tabs I open, the comment is always visible and it's always in the same height of the comment in the original tab:

This problem seems to be specific to Google Chrome. For instance, the Chorme version is 40.0.2214.94 (64-bit)
