Renamed user no longer sees reviews in Personal Activity Stream

      When a user that has reviews associated to them is renamed the user can no longer see the associated reviews on their personal activity stream.

      A Crucible Reindex fixes this but this should update itself automatically.

      Steps to reproduce;

      1. Rename a User that has reviews associated to them
      2. Navigate to user's home dashboard (Select the user's Avatar in the top right and then select Activity)
      3. No reviews are displayed

            We have recently reviewed this issue and the overall interest in the problem. As the issue hasn't collect votes, watchers, comments, or support cases from many customers during its lifetime, it's very low on our priority list, and will not be fixed in the foreseeable future.
