Ability to customise search results returned

We would like to customise what is shown in the "Comment Results" section of the "Defect Metrics" screen, at present it has:

Review, Name, Created, Custom Fields, Content

We need a permanent record of the results of a review, and we need more detail than is given here, such as:
a) filename that the comment is for
b) which lines of code the comment refers to.

We also need to know whether a comment has been addressed or not, but I have overcome this by customising the Defect States to "proposed", "implemented" and "rejected".
