Description
Currently, if command line interface tool "crucible.py" is used to add a patch to review and the "svn diff" contain only new files, the anchor will fail and the patch is not uploaded.
We will need to use the option "--noanchor" when uploading the patch with "crucible.py" so that it will not have the fail message:
Error: Failed to anchor the patch to repository subversion, please check that the repository is the correct one
The CLI tool "crucible.py" should detect new file from the diff and automatically disable anchoring to a repository so that it will not fail to upload the patch.
Also, if repository to anchor patch to was provided when uploading patch, perhaps Crucible should honour it and anchor the patch to that repository, as long as it contains new files only and none of those files already exist in selected repository?
