If you have a review with a mix of comments on both the diff and the full source, there is no good view that can be used during a "review discussion" meeting, or as a printout - to just show the relevant information.

What I'd like to see is a view of the review that would show each comment, and the lines it applies to, with X lines of context, but ONLY should those lines.

I'm fine with this view being read-only and not allowing insertion of new comments, although I believe it should allow you to respond to existing comments.
