Korean Characters On Review Comments Displayed As Question Mark When External Database (mySQL) Is Used

    Description

      When there are Korean characters on review comments, it gets displayed as question mark. The value is also stored as question mark in the database column. This only happens when external database mySQL is used. The comments appears properly when the built in HSQLDB is used.
