Support user pickers in Inline Issue Creation

Possible implementation options:

• Give a drop down of the "known" usernames:
  • Unassigned
  • Default
  • Parent issue reporter
  • Parent issue assignee
  • Current user
• Just add a text box, the user would need to know the username of the assignee. JIRA would return "User does not exist" if it was wrong
• Implement the autocomplete (this could be applied to more autocomplete fields)
