File creation is not displayed as change

When adding multiple commits for a file to a review and one of the commit contains the add of the file the file won't be shown as new. Only changes after the first commit will be marked as new.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create some commits, one should contain the add of a file, the others should have some changes for the file.
• Add all commits to the review
• Start the review and select the file
• Files won't be shown as newly added, and only changes after the first (add-)commit will be shown as changed
