Currently, any user display name is wiki rendered in a crucible comment.

We need to ensure that display names are not wiki rendered. This is especially a problem for hyphenated names.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a comment and mention the user that has special characters in name like "tom the might" or "I'm the leader"
