"Remember my login on this computer" checkbox is displayed only if you run FishEye without Crucible

If you use FishEye without Crucible enabled the "Remember my login on this computer" checkbox is displayed in the login screen as expected.
If you have FishEye and Crucible, this checkbox is not displayed.
If you have only Crucible, this checkbox is not displayed as well.

I reproduced this by adding / removing the licenses from the instance.
