Add ability to create crucible reviews on the GreenHopper task board.

    Description

      Currently, users have to go to the regular jira view of an issue, click on the fisheye tab and generate a crucible review from there. Once a review is created, they need to click on th crucible tab to view its status. It would be very handy to be able to create a review and view its status on the task board while an issue is in progress.
