Review rss feed provides no way to navigate to review in thunderbird

Several things:

1. The only way to click through to a review feed (even before this bug) was via the feed item's url. There should be a link inside the content of the feed item.
2. Thunderbird can't/doesn't calculate the url for the feed Item, so you still need to use fully qualified urls to be able to click through to the Review, this is what has been broken recently.
3. I believe you should be able to click through the the change set as well, this currently doesn't work, but I am assuming its due to the same problem in #2

This issue existed (and has already been fixed) for the change set rss items as well.
