Adding an AppLink to a "standalone Crucible" creates a FishEye configuration that is unusable.

    Description

I add an app link to a crucible only instance from JIRA. However, in JIRA the fisheye link is configured with "Enable Crucible Integration" set to "yes" (i.e. it thinks it connected to a Fisheye server). This means that no reviews will show up until the user sets "Enable Crucible Integration" to "Standalone". There is no indication that the user must do this.

It looks like we are making a call to the "Crucible" server to find its type, however, the server is returning an error (FishEyeInstanceManagerImpl:~203). In this case the plugin assumes a setting of "yes".

The projects in my Crucible instance are only visible to logged in users. Not sure if this has any bearing on the outcome.
