Quotes in "Objectives" text are turned into &#XXX;

Create a new crucible entry. In objectives, type something like

this is a 'test'

Save it.

Close and reopen your browser and go back to the crucible entry that you just created.

Edit the objective. Note that it now says:

this is a 'test'

Add "2" at the end of the objective. Save it.

Now the objective literally reads:

this is a 'test'2

Similar bad replacements happen with literal ampersands. They become

. If you edit the objectives and save it, that becomes something like
