Crucible and FishEye dashboard pages have missing or partial ghost features

Following on from CRUC-4982 Seb identified that

There is no ghost on the crucible dashboard: http://yebisu.sydney.atlassian.com:6060/foo/cru/

and

Similarly, there is no ghost border on the fisheye dashboard: http://yebisu.sydney.atlassian.com:6060/foo/

Guess he'd like them added!
