"View full profile" button doesn't go to user profile

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Expected behavior:
      From a user information page in Questions, e.g., /questions/users?username=USERID ... I click on the "Contact Info" button then "View full profile". Should be taken to the user's Confluence profile page.

      Actual behavior:
      I still go to the same user information page that I was already on.
