Popular filter doesn't cover the FAQ usecase

      Good morning, I went to use the questions list macro (to get the popular questions)
      but it looks like popular questions isn't working as expected?

      I would expect the list to be ordered by number of votes for the question in descending order

      It would be useful to have the popular stream without time decay (All time popular questions)
