    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

A number of users have pointed out that emails from Confluence Questions (e.g., new question) are typically more urgent than regular emails sent from Confluence (e.g., someone updated a document) and so would like an easy way to notice or filter when an email has been sent regarding CQ.

At the moment, a new question from CQ simply has "[confluence] <question name>" in the subject line, which makes it indistinguishable from other emails. Furthermore, trying to sent up a 'catch all' filter so that all emails from CQ go to a certain folder is difficult.

Ideally the format of the subject line might be: "[confluence] <asker> <question name>".
