      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In Confluence you are using daily mails to get users aware of new content. I think this would be an interesting approach for Confluence Questions as well. You could highlight new content that has been created during the day / week so that new questions get answered more quickly.
