added a comment - Can confirm that this also affects production instance of Confluence + Confluence Questions. This is currently affecting 500 users at my company.
I can see why the Priority is set to trivial, however the it renders the "expert" functionality on the profile page a bit useless

With our new Data Center strategy, Atlassian's focus is on security, compliance, and performance and is a key driver in prioritizing bugs.
