Some users are unable to login with Atlassian ID

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Users that get directed to the URL https://id.atlassian.com/profile/linkAccount.action?application=acac&continue=https%3a%2f%2fanswers.atlassian.com%2f are not able to log in to Answers and instead receive an error message from Atlassian ID.

      We are still attempting to identify the root cause.
