Successful Log Out Message is not Displayed

      Issue Summary

      When a user logs out from Confluence the successful log-out message is not displayed on the screen.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Confluence one of these versions of Confluence:  9.1.0, 9.1.1, and 9.2.0
      2. Login with a user.
      3. Log out.

      Expected Results

      The below message should be shown on the screen:

      "You have been successfully logged out."

      Actual Results

      The screen is shown below:

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

            Since the issue has been resolved after 9.2.1 we will close this bug. This bug is created just to record the issue.
