Anonymous users are unable to view pages in Mobile Browser

      Issue Summary

      A site with anonymous access enabled, pages do not load in a mobile browser. The requests seems to be redirected to login.

      Instance details

      • Confluence 9.2.0, 9.2.1, 9.3.1
      • Confluence Mobile Web Plugin 19.2.5, 19.2.6, 19.3.88

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Confluence 9.2.0
      2. Create a simple page
      3. Enable anonymous access
      4. Logout and verify you're able to view the page as an anonymous user
      5. Attempt to view the page in a mobile browser

      Expected Results

      Users should be able to view the page. Screenshot below was from the testing done with 8.5.19

      Actual Results

      Users are unable to view the page.

      Workaround

      Disable the Confluence Mobile Web Plugin. This will result the request to be displayed in desktop view instead of mobile view.
