Summary
Currently, the announcement banner is displayed only on the login page in the mobile app and browser mobile view. When we enable desktop view in the mobile browser, the Announcement Banner is displayed on every page.
Feature Request
It would be nice to have the site-wide banners displayed within the mobile app and browser mobile views. This way users can be notified of important announcements regardless of the device they are using at the time.
Workaround
Currently, the only workaround is for the mobile browser view. The banner can be reflected by switching to the Desktop view instead.
Alternatively, we can disable the mobile browser components, so users are automatically routed to the Desktop view on mobile.
