Add the ability to pin macros to the editing panel in Confluence

      1. When compiling instructions in Confluence, it takes a long time to find the necessary macro
      2. Ease of use

      Proposal for changing the business process:
      1. Refinement of the toolbar, adding the ability to pin the necessary tool for quick access

      Description of the effect:
      1. Improving the quality and speed of work with creating pages in Confluence

      AS IS process:
      1. Clicking the plus sign
      2. Selecting "other macros"
      3. Searching for the necessary macro

      TO BE process:
      1. Pins the tool in advance
      2. Selecting this tool directly from the toolbar

      In the Confluence page editing interface, the user can independently pin from 1 to several macros that they often use in their work.
