"Go to link" in Link property panel has low contrast

      Issue Summary

      When editing a link in the editor, the floating toolbar (property panel) shows a disabled "Go to link" button with a low contrast

      Screenshots in Original / Light / Dark theme attached.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a link in the editor pointing to the same page
      2. Place cursor into the link (or click on it)
      3. Observe the floating panel

      Expected Results

      The text on the disabled button can be easily read.

      Actual Results

      Poor contrast.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            Managed to reproduce this issue only by pointing the link to an anchor on the same page
