Confluence style links are rendered as relative URLs (eg. /display/TEST/Foo) in the content of an RSS feed. This causes those links to point to the wrong URL in some readers. In Brief, for example, the URL is assumed to be relative to "file://". Therefore, all page links in the article are broken.
Confluence should include the fully qualified domain name of the server so that links will be clickable in feed readers.
