Issue Summary

      Upon publish, line breaks are added automatically before and after A list/task containing @mention inside a table

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page.
      2. Add a table to the new page.
      3. Add list (bullet/numbered/task). Then mention a user 
      4. Publish the page.

      Expected Results

      Both edit and view mode give the same result: no line break before and after the paragraph

      Actual Results

      In view mode, line breaks are automatically added before and after the paragraph.

      Workaround

      Edit the page. Use Source code editor to delete <p> before and after
