Incorrect spelling of "Altassian" in the login screen of the Confluence with Japanese language pack

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Confluence (7.19.17, 8.5.7)
2. Set Japanese as default language -> General Configuration -> Languages
3. Add SSO for authentication
4. Add 'confluence.browser.language.enable=false' system property to setenv.sh
5. Restart the Confluence
6. Navigate to the Confluence login screen
