Unfortunately, I think this is a configuration problem rather than an issue with Confluence. Would you mind raising a request in our support system at http://support.atlassian.com?

Our support staff will be able to help you with investigating this issue, and please note that you've already raised the issue as CONF-9393.

After verification, Confluence already have a jfreechart-1.0.0.jar in its confluence/WEB-INF/lib/ directory, 1074536 bits.

Any idea?

Kevin, this is the jfreechart JAR, which is distributed with Confluence.

Please make sure you extracted all the files which came with your Confluence distribution. This file should be located with the other JARs in confluence/WEB-INF/lib/.
