Display proper error message when URL with extra slashes is added to Allowlist as type 'Domain name'

      Currently, when a URL with extra slashes (For eg: http://abc.com/xyz/123) is added in Allowlist as type 'Domain name' it keeps on loading indefinitely without an outcome. 

      It would be beneficial if a proper error message is displayed on the UI in such scenarios
