Issue Summary

The user profile popup which appears on mouse hover on username does is not dismissible with keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Confluence dashboard page.
2. With mouse hover over any username link.
3. Observe that the popup will open.
4. Try pressing escape key to dismiss the popup.
5. The popup does not dismiss 

Actual Results

Additional content that becomes available when users hover over with a mouse on user name links, it does not gets dismissed. As a result, users with low vision found it difficult to dismiss the additional content.

Note: This issue is present throughout Confluence pages, hence needs to be fixed at all places.

The users should be able to dismiss the popup on pressing an Esc key. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
