OAuth2 access token is not refreshed for mail servers with OAuth autentication

      Issue Summary

      Once user successfully adds mail server with OAuth 2.0 as Authentication method connection to the mail server works fine for about an hour. After access token received during authorization process in scope of adding mail server expires the connection can't be established.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) /

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add application link to OAuth
      2. Add incoming mail server with OAuth authentication
      3. Wait for about an hour
      4. Try "Test connection" from "Edit" page for created mail server.

      Expected Results

      Access token gets refreshed during attempt to connect to the mail server when its expired.

      Actual Results

      Access token doesn't get refreshed and it needs to be regenerated manually by clicking "Authorize" in "Edit" page for mail server.

      Workaround

      When access token is expired

      1. Go to "Edit" page of mail server that has expired access token
      2. Click "Authorize", "Test connection" and "Submit"
