Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1: Check Confluence 7.19 Long Term Support Release Change Log, it shows "New /scan REST API endpoint" is released in Confluence 7.18.
2. Step 2: Go to the release notes link( https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-7-18-release-notes-1115677302.html ). However, there is no topic about "New /scan REST API endpoint" in Confluence 7.18 release notes

Expected Results

There is the description about "New /scan REST API endpoint" in Confluence 7.18 release notes.

Actual Results

There is no description about "New /scan REST API endpoint" in Confluence 7.18 release notes, in spite of it is written in Release Change Log .
