Some good news for everyone on this issue - we've created an app for Confluence Data Center to get Atlassian Intelligence features.

You can make an AI chat over your Confluence pages / spaces, and integrate the chat with Microsoft Teams or Slack. You can also integrate the AI chat into your help desk (like Jira Service Management or Zendesk).

We cannot switch from Data Center to Cloud due to various restrictions.

We would very much like this feature in the Data Center versions

The Automation AI features should be made available in the Data Center version as soon as possible. There are areas like ours where Cloud is not an option due to various regulatory constraints and after expensive license of Data Center, if we do not get the Automation features, then its a big concern which Atlassian should look into resolving. I hope Atlassian look into our request and make this feature available soon in the coming releases .

A third-party application is not an ideal solution in this case.

For such an expensive product as Confluence Data Center, an AI solution should be included in the product itself and not be offered via a marketplace add-on at additional cost.

We are hosting Atlassian Tools Data Centre versions and need AI support ,this is a major drawback. Unfortunately cloud version is not an option. 

As your Cloud Version is no alternative for our company for security reasons, we really need a AI solution for datacenter. If you do not support it in future, we will think about alternatives to Atlassian Products.

Migration to cloud will not be an option for many customers until you have a FEDRAMP approved cloud offering for customers with CUI data.

It will be nice solution especially for DC edition!

Also, please adjust Component to Core functionality

Sorry Atlassian, but  your standard answer to Data center functionality questions "Migrate to Cloud" is nothing that we as data Center customers want to hear all the time. Either make a clear statement that you don't want to support your Data Center on premise customers anymore and that in the future you only want to support your cloud offering. Or bring new features also to the Data Center versions, as we as data Center customers also pay high subscriptions costs.

We can't really believe that many of the functionality that you are adding for your cloud customers are not also easily available for your DC customers also. 

So please deliver a fair roadmap to your DC customers for highly requested functionality like AI support, or otherwise declare you data center offering as no longer supported from a specific date on as you already did for your server customers. Then it is clear das on-prem customers that are not able or allowed to migrate to the cloud need to migrate to another vendor as they are no longer wanted customers by Atlassian (at least not as on prem customers)

without native AI solution on confluence, Atlassian will push customer develop their own solution by dumping confluence content to 3rd party storage or database for RAG. Yes we only want self-hosted solution, SaaS is no go.

Cloud is a joke generally feature-wise. And we want to keep our data behind a firewall, so a Data Center solution is really needed.

Hey there! You may find our app eesel AI useful. We have a few Datacenter customers using it to get AI chat over their Confluence. It can work behind the firewall.
