WEBDAV 1.1 plugin truncates all URL's by one character

      • Completely BLOCKS the WEBDAV URL functionality.
      • The URL option in the config permits *.url files to be created in each file folder for each page in the webdav view, as expected
      • however, every single one of a number of randomly selected URLs are missing the last character, making them all invalid URLs For example:

      [InternetShortcut]
      URL=http://server.com/display/TMPLNEW/Space+Usag

      instead of

      [InternetShortcut]
      URL=http://server.com/display/TMPLNEW/Space+Usage

            I can confirm this error with Confluence 2.8.2 (Standalone installation) with bundled webdav 1.1 plugin. The same error applies to Confluence 2.8.0.

            I tried to track down the bug but it does not seem to be located within the WebDAV plugin, though.

            I'd like to know whether this is an issue with Confluence or with the Confluence WebDAV plugin. Then I can decide whether to create an issue in the WebDAV issue tracker. Thanks.
