      Still able to access legacy endpoint for backup-restore

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. https://instenv-91044-iaqf.instenv.internal.atlassian.com/admin/backup.action

      Expected Results

      When the dark feature: confluence.fast-xml-backup-restore is on: It should redirect to new UI

      When the dark feature off: confluence.fast-xml-backup-restore.disable: It should redirect to legacy UI

      Actual Results

      Able to access the both backup&restore UI at the same time

      Workaround

      No workaround
