      Issue Summary

      Migration to the cloud fails in Confluence 8.0 with an error: 
      Tried to import a space export with build number 0. Confluence (build number = 6452) will only accept space imports >= 4515 until current.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Confluence 8.0.0
      2. Try to migrate to cloud

      Successful migration

      Actual Results

      Migration fails with an error
