This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

Open editor
Insert a table
Insert numbering column
Select a numbered cell (by clicking on the cell)
Add/remove row by clicking buttons on editor toolbar

Expected Results

Page doesn't scroll to top

Actual Results

Page scrolls to top

Workaround

Don't select numbered cell
