Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

When site has a large amount of users, open page from people directory will take a lot of time. The bigger number the page from pagination is click, the longer it takes to load

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a very large user directory
2. Navigate to the "People" tab in Confluence
3. Select the last page button (it do need to be last one, but just one with big enough number)

Expected Results

Open should take consistent time to open whichever page from the pagination of people directory

Actual Results

The bigger number the page from pagination is click, the longer it takes to load

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
