High Issue Summary
The field title in the Jira issue macro is displayed intermittently if the field type is Single List (with Lozenges), Numbers or Select List with multiple choice.
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Create multiple Single List (with Lozenges) custom fields in Jira
- Create multiple Numbers custom field and/or select list with multiple choice custom field in Jira
- On Confluence create a Jira Issue macro to display those fields
Expected Results
All field titles are displayed

Workaround
Due to the severity of this and a related issue, we've release a custom JAR file that includes a fix.
To implement it, please
- Download the new file from https://packages.atlassian.com/maven-external/com/atlassian/confluence/plugins/confluence-jira-plugin/11.5.10/
Please be careful when installing JAR files from the internet as they are executable code. In this case the JAR file is hosted on a known Atlassian domain, but we generally recommend against doing this - In Confluence, click the Cog icon on the top right, and click Manage Apps
- On the Manage Apps page, click Upload App
- Select the downloaded JAR file, and click Upload
- Wait for the installation to complete
- Perform a rolling restart on the cluster (restarting one node, waiting for it to come back up, restarting the next node)
This is required to fix an issue with a misconfigured cache

@Madhubabu this is not a proper solution saying to a customer, upgrading confluence is not an easy thing to do, like pressing a simple "update" button! it requires an external specialist to do it with system downtime, which costs a lot of money.
Why do we need to pay for Atlassian QA team mistake? please provide us a patch. this is a critical bug for us!!!

Same behavior! after flashing the "Jira issues Macro fields" it fixed only for an hour then again return to not working with errors
