Thumbnail generates link using base URL

When clicking on a thumbnail generated by , the link URL generated is based on the base URL configured. This is not a problem in most cases. However, it is a problem if:

1) The hostname used in the web browser address bar is accessible by the client computer
2) The base URL configured is not

This is especially problematic for SSH users who "tunnel" to the instance of Confluence.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1) Create a page
2) Attach an image to the page
3) Create a thumbnail in the page using the attached image
4) Configure the base URL to something inreachable
5) View the page
6) Click on the thumbnail
