People directory should not display inactive users

    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Currently all users of confluence are displayed in the people directory regardless of whether they are part of any user group or given any use permissions.
      Ideally these inactive users should not be displayed if they are not part of any group or do not have any confluence use permissions.
