      Issue Summary

      Administrator Access authentication page does not have <main> for A11y 

      As required from https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-69255

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login as user with Admin access
      2. When challenged for Password authentication, check the html for the page 
        /authenticate.action?destination=/admin/viewgeneralconfig.action

      Expected Results

      Page should have <main role="main" id="main"> 

      Actual Results

      Does not have it.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
