Restricting a page to an invalid group shows misleading error

    Description

      When manually entering a group name to restrict to page permissions to, and the user is not a member, the error message shown is "Unknown Group".

      This is not accurate for groups that do exist, so a more appropriate error message might be "You are not a member of group"
