Hi Shoji,

This is fixed in Confluence 2.2.2 (see http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-1457).

Please contact Imahima to find out when they will have this version of Confluence available.

Note that after you have upgraded you will need to install a Japanese font in Confluence, see these instructions: http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Create+PDF+in+another+language
