Issue Summary
Jira Issue Macro return "Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error" if the Columns to Display include Team field and the user does not have Shared Team Management Permission in Jira Advanced Roadmaps.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install the Advanced Roadmaps macro in Jira.
- Set the Shared Team Management in the Advanced Roadmaps Permission to Jira administrator group only.
- In Jira, Create Team from Plans > Manage Shared Teams
- Add the custom Team field to a Jira Project and show the Team field in Jira Issue.
- Ensure that the regular user able to see Team field and its data in Jira
- In Confluence, add a Jira Issue Macro filter and include Team field as the Columns to display.
- Access the Confluence Page as regular Confluence user that is also a regular Jira user that does not have Shared Team Management in the Advanced Roadmaps Permission.
Expected Results
Jira Issue Macro filter should render correctly with the information inside Team field for regular user.
Actual Results
Jira Issue Macro in Confluence return "Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error" for users that does not have Shared Team Management Permission in Jira Advanced Roadmaps.
Removing the Team field from the Jira Issue Macro filter helps to render the macro correctly in Confluence.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
