Issue Summary

Epic Status and Colour values are missing when not selecting Epic link

Steps to Reproduce

Insert a Jira issue macro
Select `Epic Status` and `Epic colour` as display options (don't select `Epic Link`)

Expected Results

values should be shown

Actual Results

Epic Status and Colour column values are blank.

Workaround

Select Epic Link as a display option
