      Issue Summary

      Epic Status and Colour values are missing when not selecting Epic link

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Insert a Jira issue macro
      2. Select `Epic Status` and `Epic colour` as display options (don't select `Epic Link`)

      Expected Results

      values should be shown

      Actual Results

      Epic Status and Colour column values are blank.

      Workaround

      Select Epic Link as a display option

            A fix for this issue is available to Server and Data Center customers in Confluence 7.7.4
            Upgrade now or check out the Release Notes to see what other issues are resolved.

            zxu2@atlassian.com - This bug fix is about to be released to customers. Unless there's a good reason not to, could you please move this issue to CONFSERVER project so our customers can see it? Remember to remove any confidential data from the issue before moving it.
